Pair the beer
This beer is loosely based on traditional European lager, made with 100% pale malt, and classic German Hallertauer Mittlefreuh and Perle hops. It is pale in colour, has subtle malt and fruity hop character on the palate, with a clean finish. It is relatively low in bitterness.
Our refreshing lager pairs beautifully with our AJ’s Fried Chicken and Sriracha mayo or give it a try with our Chorizo & Pumpkin Pizza.
A lighter style pale ale made from pale, Vienna and wheat malts, giving a subtle biscuity malt palate. It has a tropical fruity, hoppy aroma derived from the use of Australian aroma hops – Galaxy, Vic Secret and HPA-016. The hops also give a fruity palate with a clean finish. Pleasant after-bitterness.
If you’re looking for something to snack on while you sup our delicious Pale Ale, why not try our Cheddar and Leek Croquettes or share a Brewer’s Board with your mates?
A porter brewed with 6 different malts, and with the addition of vanilla. It has chocolate, coffee notes from the malts, balanced with subtle vanilla characters. A higher finishing gravity gives a smooth rich character on the finish.
Our rich, smooth Vanilla Porter is a great match for our Pan Fried Duck Breast or our tasty Cheese Board.
A hop-driven ale produced with Pale, Vienna and Rye malts. Cascade, Simcoe and Citra hops have been added in the whirlpool to give piney, fruity characters in the aroma and palate. The beer was then dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops. The beer is deceiving in its 7.0% ABV, and give the beer some warming characters. It finishes with a lingering bitterness balancing the biscuity malty palate.
Why not give our Chilli & CSS Salami Pizza a go with our IPA, or for something lighter, try our Curried Beetroot Fritters.
A toned-down version of our IPA – lower alcohol makes it more sessionable, but with the same Cascade, Simcoe and Citra hops… just less of them. Subtle piney, citrus characters in the aroma and palate.
A great ale deserves some good food to match so pair a Baby IPA with a Fried Chicken Burger for the perfect lunchtime feast.
A pleasant, balanced, easy-drinking 3.8% beer. Predominantly pale malt, with a little Vienna malt, subtle use of cascade hops and a hint of yeast character.
A nice, easy drinking ale to match our mouth-watering Steak Sandwich or may maybe try some of our House Made Dips.
