Each Wednesday during the Ballarat Winter Festival, come in from the cold and enjoy the British classic, Beef Wellington, perfectly executed by chef Scott Alsop and the Aunty Jacks chefs.
We recommend devouring it in front of one of the fire places with a glass of Heritage Ale, brewed on site. There will be a limited amount available each week so be sure to pre-book to avoid disappointment.
